From league creation to final standings — here's the full picture.
Admin creates the league
The league commissioner signs up, creates a league, and picks the course from our database. They choose season length, scoring format (team or individual), 9-hole or 18-hole, and set handicap options.
Players join with a code
The admin shares a short join code. Players sign up on the web or download the iOS/Android app, enter the code, and select their tee set. No manual spreadsheet imports needed.
The schedule is generated automatically
SundayBag builds the full season schedule — matchups, teams, positions, and starting handicaps — ready before week 1.
Play your round
Each week, players check the app for their matchup, course handicap, and strokes received. Hole-by-hole or total score entry is supported.
Submit scores in the app
After the round, anyone can enter scores from the mobile app. Net scores, hole points, and match bonus points are calculated instantly.
Handicaps & standings update instantly
After every submission, WHS-compliant handicap indexes are recalculated and standings updated — no admin work required.
